No payments are active in the beta.
This refund-policy page exists so the public site has the planned billing surface early. It is informational until subscription checkout is implemented and legally approved.
No charges in beta
The current product does not accept payments, so there are no active paid subscriptions, renewal charges, or refunds to process.
Trial rules before launch
The planned commercial release includes a clearly disclosed seven-day Fluency trial. Trial length, renewal date, price, and cancellation path must be visible before checkout.
Refund handling later
Before live billing, Think Then Say needs a full policy covering cancellation timing, accidental renewals, failed access, local legal duties, taxes, and support response time.
Subscription prices are still proposed.
The final paid policy must match the Stripe configuration, business country, tax setup, and customer support process.
